Senior Pastor - Full Time - ( Closed on 31 July 2023)

Shalom Indian Pentecostal Church, a multilingual church in Mount Prospect, Illinois, is seeking a senior pastor who is gifted and has a calling as a shepherd, loves people, and has a passion for the Word of God and evangelism/outreach. He must be a strong leader who works to accomplish the long-term visions/goals of SIPCC, engage people in corporate worship, encourage them to grow spiritually through teaching, and challenge them in fulfilling the great commission. This position is a full-time commitment as the senior pastor of SIPCC beginning in August of 2023. Candidate should meet the following minimum qualifications.

• Exhibit evidence of Christian character and servant leadership as stated in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 , Titus 1:5-9, and 1 Peter 5:1-4 in the work environment and the family setting.

• Possess a solid biblical and Pentecostal theological background, with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited Christian institution.

• A minimum of five years’ experience in church ministry, preferably within a multicultural congregation in the USA.

• Must be fluent in English and Malayalam languages and excel in written and verbal communication to lead the way and encourage youth ministry.

• An ordination from a recognized and established Pentecostal denomination.

• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder with a minimum of 40 years of age and married.
